WHAT WE DO

The method works on the polarities that emerge in the challenging experience. Their mutual integration reveals the systemic entanglement.

Accompanied through archetypal, systemic and relational work, he/she lets a third, more evolved and authentic options emerge from the polarities.

Facilitated by maintaining a state of trust and clarity – characterized by curiosity, courage, compassion – he/she faces the challenge as an opportunity to move further toward his/her center, from which to move ever more serenely toward new experiences.

This expands the area of influence in the direction of inner purpose and thus self-realization.

OBJECTIVES

Through an emotional state of neutrality, the current level of self-leadership allows the person to maintain Deep and authentic contact with the experience, and recognize which polarities he/she is moving on.

The client is brought to a new level of consciousness in which previous entanglements become easily resolved, while daily challenges gradually become an opportunity for constant improvement.

One moves closer and closer to “one’s center,” where he/she dwells in a state of compassion, gratitude and trust.

WHY IT WORKS

The systemic approach resolves so-called entanglements, those hidden loyalties that the client,.immersed like a fish in the water of his relational pattern, cannot see, nor can he resolve. Normally the person tries to get out of the A-B pattern, in which he behaves in the A way — adapted to education, society and culture — by going into the opposite B behavior (which is but a polarity of the same type). The solution is actually an integration on a higher plane C,.passing through the apparent threats of the shadow-C.

It is a complex, but authentically resolving process.

ARCHETYPAL PROCESS

  1. PEOPLE STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT
    The process is based on a series of structured and guided workshops based on our Systemic Coaching by Values in which the team will be facilitated in identifying: purpose, guiding principles, annual goals, action plan.
  2. STRUCTURING ORGANIZATION
    We will deploy the latest methodologies based on generating action plans through co-creation emerging from the interaction of constellation coaching. The co-authorship will ensure that the new organization will literally design itself out on the basis of the wisdom of its members.
  3. ACCOMPANIMENT AND COUNSELING
    Through weekly membership meetings with the support of the coach, the following will be addressed from time to time: tactical objectives, detailed processes (identification, trial, standardization) procedural elements.
